Marketing Lead Analyst _ MEA

Role Overview The Marketing Lead Analyst – MEA is responsible for leading assigned marketing projects, supporting digital initiatives, and driving Customer Experience (CX) workstreams across the Middle East & Africa. The role combines project execution leadership, marketing planning & CX knowledge. Working within established frameworks and with guidance from senior leaders, the role contributes to strategy development, builds reporting and KPI frameworks, and represents marketing inputs in cross‑functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1) Marketing Projects & Planning • Lead execution of assigned marketing projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, risks, and documentation • Development of integrated marketing plans including products & services launches, awareness campaigns, engagement campaigns and cross-functional projects. • Represent marketing inputs in key functional and transformation projects, ensuring marketing requirements are embedded early in the process. • Collaborate with Brand & Communications, Partner Engagement, Social Media, Digital and market teams to ensure project alignment and consistent delivery. 2) Customer Experience (CX) & Digital Transformation • Support implementation and launch of CX initiatives through collaboration with CX, Operations, Digital/IT and Product. • Responsible for ensuring UX and brand consistency across CX initiatives and digital apps and for tracking the performance and success of launches. • Partner with digital and product teams on digital transformation initiatives, contributing marketing insights to improve customer journeys, digital funnels, and engagement performance. 4) Reporting, Analytics & KPIs • Define KPIs for marketing and CX initiatives (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention, NPS/CSAT/CES, digital funnel metrics). • Create clear, concise reports for senior leaders, summarizing insights and recommendations. 5) Stakeholder Collaboration • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Digital and Operations. • Influence stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery Skills & Competencies • Project Execution – leads assigned marketing projects with strong planning and coordination skills. • Marketing Planning – ability to contribute to marketing strategy and translate insights into actionable plans. • Stakeholder Collaboration – able to influence without authority and manage multiple stakeholders. • Digital Marketing Knowledge – understands digital channels, platforms, tools, and measurement in a marketing context. • CX and Digital Apps Execution – experience improving customer journeys or supporting CX delivery or digital apps. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Digital Marketing or related field. • 8-10 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing within a complex or regional organization. • Experience leading marketing project workstreams and supporting digital initiatives. • Strong familiarity with digital marketing • Experience in health insurance/healthcare or financial services is beneficial. Project Finance Analyst

Role Overview The position of Financial Controller is part of the Middle East and Africa (MEA) FP&A Team based in Dubai. The Project Finance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial governance and control for strategic projects across MEA. This role requires close collaboration with Technology teams and other stakeholders to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Project Financial Management: • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial models. • Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for project stakeholders. • Coordination & Stakeholder Management: • Act as the financial liaison between Finance and Technology teams. • Support project governance by providing financial insights during steering committee meetings. • Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams for cost control and contract compliance. • Controls & Compliance: • Implement robust financial controls for project-related transactions. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, IFRS standards, and UAE regulatory requirements. • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for financial risks. • System Implementation Support: • Provide financial input during system design and testing phases. • Validate financial data migration and ensure integrity in the new administration system. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred. • Experience: 5–10 years in financial control, with exposure to project accounting and system implementation. • Industry Knowledge: Health insurance or broader insurance sector experience is highly desirable. • Technical Skills: • Knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS and UAE regulatory frameworks. • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. • Experience of Oracle or similar General Ledger packages would be advantageous • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Lead Business Analyst

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Document all detailed business requirements within internally approved systems using Scaled Agile Methodology (Composing Epics) Engage with senior business leads to understanding new project scope, creating scope statements and detail scope requirements as required for the portfolio and project intake process. Build an extensive knowledge of business operation to analyze current work procedures and practices. Collaborate closely with IT Business Systems Analysts to ensure business processes align with technology solutions. Will participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed. Lead the user acceptance test cases in collaboration with business stakeholders. Oversee the execution of user acceptance testing ensuring thorough validation of business requirements. Monitor, track and report UAT defects while coordinating with the QA test team for defect remediation and ensuring timeline resolution. Experience/Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information management or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred. • 5-10 years of business analysis work preferably in insurance or financial services sector with a proven track record of leading complex projects. • Extensive experience in the analysis and interpretation of business requirements across all aspects of transacting insurance or financial services business. • In depth understanding of UAE insurance market and regulations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Proven ability to lead the analysis and support of the production of project proposals or business cases. • Demonstrate expertise in the business process re-engineering and optimization. • Experience creating user acceptance testing documentation and leading UAT process • Must be a proactive self-starter capable of planning and leading work sessions with minimal oversight • Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques such as process modeling, root cause analysis, data modeling, process mapping, and traceability. • Deep knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile Framework and Agile methodologies.
