Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Our model integrates medical-grade assessment with targeted exercise prescription, performance testing, and long-term wellness planning. Physical therapy is the foundation—but intelligent exercise is the engine. We are expanding our wellness and performance services and are seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who thrives at the intersection of science, coaching, and clinical care. Role Overview This is a part-time / per diem position ideal for an experienced exercise physiologist who values precision, autonomy, and working with a sophisticated population. You will collaborate closely with physical therapists to design and deliver individualized, data-driven exercise programs informed by advanced testing and clinical context. This is not a group-fitness or volume-based role. Key Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive fitness and physiological assessments, including VO₂max testing - Interpret heart-rate, ventilatory, and metabolic data - Design individualized exercise prescriptions across clinical and performance populations - Collaborate with physical therapists for integrated care delivery - Deliver 1:1 and small-format training sessions - Educate clients on training principles and long-term health strategies - Maintain clear documentation and team communication Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or related field - Demonstrated experience with VO₂max testing - Strong foundation in exercise physiology and clinical exercise prescription - Experience working with clinical or aging populations - Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications - ACSM-CEP, ACSM-EP, or equivalent certification - Experience in a medical or PT-based wellness setting - Ability to explain physiological data clearly to clients - Interest in longevity, performance, and evidence-based care What We Offer - Flexible part-time / per diem scheduling - High-quality, motivated client population - Collaborative interdisciplinary environment - Opportunity to shape advanced testing and wellness services - Competitive compensation based on experience How to Apply Please submit a resume and brief cover note describing your clinical exercise experience and interest in working in a hybrid PT-wellness environment. We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who is specialized in pelvic floor rehab to join our team. The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist’s primary role is to assure clinical outcomes are being met with excellence and to collaborate throughout the organization to overcome obstacles that limit a phenomenal patient experience. Job duties are not limited to, but do include: Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence, completion of care plans and outstanding patient outcomes. Educate and proactively connect with the community on how conservative physical therapy can effectively address musculoskeletal injuries. Harvest and develop Direct Access opportunities within respective area of influence. Attend marketing breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and some afterhours events to help educate physicians and the community on our services. Meet regularly with the organization, clinical team and supervisor as scheduled. Educate physical therapy students. Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist required. Pelvic Floor professional certification is preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience is preferred.
