Physical Therapy Aide (Part-Time) Southland Physical Therapy Southland Physical Therapy is dedicated to creating the perfect patient experience—helping individuals live happy and live well. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and support our Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities: Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and assigned modalities Maintain a welcoming, positive, and professional environment Facilitate patient flow between lobby, treatment rooms, and gym Clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment Monitor supplies and report equipment or patient care concerns Adhere to HIPAA regulations and clinic standards Qualifications: Required High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to learn proper exercise form and follow PT direction Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Available 20–30 hours per week Preferred Prior healthcare or Physical Therapy Aide experience Students or graduates in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, Pre-PT/Pre-PTA, ATC, or Rehab Sciences Spanish speaking Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday Flexible availability between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Join a positive, mission-driven clinic where teamwork and patient care come first.
