Human Resources Information System Consultant
Client: Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Talent \& Performance Product Owner to join their HR Management Systems team. This role will focus on enhancing HR technology, improving business processes and delivering solutions that support Talent Management, Performance Reviews and Succession Planning. Role: Workday Talent \& Performance Product Owner Responsibilities: * Lead the development, implementation and optimisation of Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions. * Act as Product Owner within an Agile delivery environment, working closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams. * Define product strategy, prioritise the product backlog and translate business requirements into actionable user stories. * Manage and support Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Annual Performance Review processes. * Coordinate programme plans and support the successful execution of the Annual Review cycle. * Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system functionality and employee experience. * Ensure HR technology solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements. Requirements: * Strong experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management. * Previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar HR Systems role. * Good understanding of Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Performance Management processes. * Experience working within an Agile delivery environment. * Ability to gather business requirements, manage product backlogs and develop user stories. * Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. * Experience driving HR systems improvements and process optimisation.
