Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation to direct, monitor, and evaluate all operations and programs . This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting staff, managing office functions, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Ensures compliance with all governmental laws and regulations, TX minimum standards, policies and procedures * Maintains confidentiality of all agency, client and personnel information, * Coordinates the administrative and clinical functions of the operation * Coordinates all personnel matters, including hiring, assigning duties, training supervision, evaluation of employees, and terminations in conjunction with the Executive Director * Ensures that persons whose behavior and/or health status presents a danger to the clients are not allowed at the operation. * Supervises and supports Therapists, Volunteers, and administrative staff * Coordinates the communication for the entire Treatment Team * Acts as the primary liaison with all referring agencies. * Manages intake, referral, and discharge processes for the agency * Reports immediately any suspected incident of abuse/neglect/exploitation of a child in care to the Child Abuse Hotline * Facilitates pre-service and in service training for employees * Oversees the daily office management and maintenance * Reviews records for compliance * Provides on-going supervision for all children placed * Attends court hearings as needed * Attends weekly staff meetings * In charge of approving all treatment plans and treatment plan updates * Markets Trinity Guidance RTC programs and services in conjunction with the Executive Director * Develops and maintains relationships with other social service agencies in order to maximize services built on inter-agency collaboration * Attend monthly supervision meetings with the Executive Director. * Attend Admission, Dismissal and Review (ARD) meetings for children * Attend Permanency Planning Team meetings for children * Attend court hearings for children * Provide training to staff as needed * Performs any additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director Skills * Must hold a current license as Licensed Child-Care Administrator * Bachelors or Master’s degree in social work or related behavioral field from an accredited college or university * A minimum of two year’s experience providing services to children who have been removed from their homes. * Familiarity with the social services delivery of services of public and private agencies. * Be physically, mentally and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work. * Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Bilingual capabilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. * Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for professional interactions. * Join our team as an Administrator where you will contribute to our mission by providing essential support that enhances our operational effectiveness! Summary: The Business Unit Controller, reporting to the CFO, is responsible for: Financial oversight, performance analysis, and strategic support of RTC’s proprietary product business (a/k/a the “Ready” business). This role combines traditional controllership responsibilities with forward-looking financial planning and analysis to drive profitability, reduce risk, and provide for informed business decisions. Several corporate/global level business planning and analysis responsibilities, including in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; cash flow planning and ad hoc analysis and presentations. This position partners closely with US Sales and Operations, Senior Leadership, and Regional Financial Managers to ensure financial integrity, actionable reporting, and data-driven insights that support revenue growth and margin improvement. The Business Unit Controller will demonstrate impeccable integrity, a high level of critical thinking, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide strong analytical skills, which will enable business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ready Business Reporting and Profitability Enhancement Combine a solid understanding of the business, effective working relationships with Ready sales and operations managers, and excellent business analysis to become a key driver of the decision-making process to help protect and build the business. When a business opportunity has been identified, drive the financial modeling process via integration of key global cross-functional resources, including Estimating, Tooling, Product Development, Product Management, Sales, and Operations, to present accurate and insightful P\&Ls, which will be used to develop pricing strategies. Identify opportunities to improve product and customer profitability and/or reduce investment and mitigate overall business risk. Work with the Ready business managers to develop the annual Ready business budget and quarterly forecasts to accurately project the business. Identify areas of risk and propose solutions to continuously improve our ability to project the business. Ready Business Financial Analysis and Business Support for Accounting Close Interfaces monthly and ongoing with Corporate Accounting to ensure that all monthly/quarterly/annual Business Unit based financial information is properly stated and variances to plan or unusual entries are reconciled and detailed on a timely basis so that the accounting staff can efficiently complete their management of the financial close process. Ensures financial management reporting, analysis, and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the Ready business. Participate in the annual audit, as required. Global Business Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting Budgeting and forecasting: Work with US Financial and Regional Finance Teams to develop RTC’s annual global budget and quarterly forecast updates with key issues and opportunities outlined for Senior Mgmt. Reporting: Compilation of the RTC’s monthly global results vs. budget/forecast Cash flow planning: Annual and ongoing cash flow forecasts Coordinates/undertakes special projects as assigned by the CFO, COO, CEO, and Corporate Controller. III. Education, experience, skill requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial analysis Requisite technical skills, including sophisticated financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems/ERP platforms Strong understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing or distribution environment. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value of the position and provides opportunities for associates to progress as they grow and develop within the role. Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results. Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are prorated based on the start date.
