Job Title: SRE DevOps Engineer Location: Santa Clara, CA 95051 Work Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6+ months Domain: Technology | Hardware \& AI Computing (NVIDIA) Pay Rate: $46.70–$52.31/hr W2 | $60.71–$68.00/hr C2C Application Deadline: June 5, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): • 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles • Proven expertise designing and building Infrastructure CI/CD Pipelines • Advanced orchestration and management of Kubernetes clusters and Docker containerized workloads • Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI • Proficiency in Infrastructure automation using Scripting (Python, Bash, CAPL) • Solid background supporting Linux-based infrastructure across hybrid environments • Background Verification (BGV) clearance is mandatory prior to onboarding Secondary (Good to Have): • Experience with infrastructure orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) • Familiarity with systems controls engineering or automated test environments • Deep understanding of observability platforms (monitoring, alerting, and logging tools) • Strong collaborative skills linking Development, Operations, and SRE team dynamics POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an elite Senior SRE DevOps Engineer with a decade of expertise to support a high-impact, hybrid/onsite initiative in Santa Clara, CA. Sitting within NVIDIA’s advanced infrastructure ecosystem, this role focuses on scaling, optimizing, and securing production-grade containerized systems. The ideal architect will streamline complex CI/CD workflows and harden infrastructure resilience, directly supporting cutting-edge engineering toolchains and deployment environments. ROLES \& RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and infrastructure orchestration tools • Deploy, manage, scale, and optimize production Kubernetes clusters and container workloads across hybrid architectures • Build custom automation workflows and operational tooling using Python, Bash, and CAPL to streamline infrastructure performance • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Development and SRE business units to lead build, release, and deployment lifecycles • Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve high-severity issues across deployment pipelines, container platforms, and core infrastructure services • Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability suites to ensure high availability and minimize system downtime • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) processes, incident response frameworks, and maintain authoritative technical runbooks and operational procedures BENEFITS Medical | Dental | Vision | 401(k) EEOC Compliance We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
