Senior Sales Executive – Luxury Furniture Showroom Location: Umm Suqeim Street, Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time Basic Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month Additional Earnings: Uncapped Sales Commission + Performance Bonuses Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced, confident and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our luxury furniture showroom in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have excellent sales experience, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to confidently sell high-end furniture and custom-made products. Fluent English is mandatory. We are seeking a professional salesperson who knows how to build customer relationships, negotiate effectively, follow up with potential buyers and consistently close sales. This position is strictly for experienced sales professionals, not beginners. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide an exceptional showroom experience. * Present and sell luxury sofas, beds, dining furniture and custom-made pieces. * Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable furniture, fabrics, colours and customisation options. * Confidently negotiate and close high-value sales. * Follow up with customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone and email. * Convert showroom visitors and enquiries into confirmed orders. * Build long-term relationships with customers, interior designers and potential business clients. * Prepare quotations and manage the sales process from enquiry to confirmed order. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. * Maintain excellent product knowledge and showroom presentation. * Take responsibility for individual sales performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience. * Previous experience in luxury furniture, interior design, home furnishings or premium retail is strongly preferred. * Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential. * Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Professional appearance, confident personality and strong interpersonal skills. * Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven. * Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships. * UAE sales experience is preferred. * Additional languages are an advantage.
