Business Analyst Major Financial Services Company Hybrid (Any of these locations will work: New York, NY; Boston, MA; or Springfield, MA) Duties: Formulate and define business and/or systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable industry requirements. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering business and/or system limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper business and/or system requirements. Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of business and/or systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. * Lead business analysis for complex Worksite initiatives, ensuring analysis aligns to business objectives, customer outcomes, and implementation priorities. * Facilitate requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, and traceability across assigned initiatives. * Translate business needs into clear business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process impacts, business rules, and supporting analysis artifacts. * Evaluate options, risks, dependencies, assumptions, tradeoffs, and impacts across people, process, technology, data, reporting, controls, and customer experience. * Perform and document current-state and future-state process analysis, including roles, responsibilities, systems, handoffs, pain points, risks, and controls. * Facilitate development of future-state operating models, business processes, service interactions, and implementation approaches. * Lead or contribute to customer journeys, personas, service blueprints, value stream views, and customer experience maps for producers, plan administrators, and employees. * Assess business readiness impacts across procedures, training, communications, reporting, systems, data, controls, and operational processes. * Partner with business, operations, technology, product, compliance, project, and change partners to resolve ambiguity, drive alignment, and support successful execution. * Partner with onshore and offshore business analysis resources to coordinate analysis activities, provide knowledge transfer, review artifacts, ensure quality deliverables, and drive project objectives. * Use business data, operational metrics, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback to support recommendations and define or contribute to success measures. * Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, digital capabilities, and process improvement to increase efficiency, accuracy, service quality, and customer experience. Skills: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business consulting, operations, product, project delivery, or a related discipline. * 3+ years of experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, operations, compliance, product, or delivery stakeholders. * Experience performing current-state and future-state analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and business impact assessment. * Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analysis work with minimal direction while influencing stakeholders across functions. Education: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Onsite Service Coordinator - Bilingual

Job Description: PURPOSE Responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition to fulfill the staffing needs of assigned site(s); while participating in additional projects and initiatives. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing their duties accurately and in a timely manner. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES This individual is responsible for planning and executing a consistently high volume of recruiting activities. Supports special initiatives assigned by Area Service Manager and Service Manager. Assists the Service Manager in daily operations of the Branch, payroll management, and training of new associates. Mentors Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temporary associates, and clients. Manages new candidate generation and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software. Keep updated records of termination of employment on CRM software and cooperate with unemployment investigations. Keeps strict attention to detail to all candidate related processes including screening, interviewing, training, onboarding, and termination. Maintain a high fill ratio required for successful performance of the branch. Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool. Communicate efficiently with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on the status of job orders and all other client or candidate relevant matters. Maintain strict level of confidentiality and adherence to company policy while interacting with candidates and clients. Create recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position, including collaboration with hiring managers on prescreening questions. Creates a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets; develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Actively network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and Employees. Commit to meeting or exciding performance goals set up by the executive team and safety standard goals established by the Risk Department. Ensure timecards have the necessary fields and approval to meet industry best practices. Troubleshoot case by case data entry issues and delays and design corrective actions to improve the overall process. Send collected payroll data to the payroll department by specified deadline. Perform other duties as requested. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS College preferred. Minimum 2 to 3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting. Minimum 2 to 3 years of account management and cultivating relationships. Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
