Analyst to Associate - Natural Resources * Direct exposure to top clients across the mining sector * Cross-border M\&A and capital markets experience Our Client Our client is a global investment bank advising on complex M\&A and capital markets transactions, including cross-border mandates. The firm wish to appoint an Analyst / Associate to their prolific Nat Res coverage team. The Opportunity A hands-on role offering direct involvement across the full m\&a transaction lifecycle from origination through to execution. Working closely with senior bankers you will lead financial analysis and drive transaction workstreams. Key Responsibilities * Build and sensitise financial models and valuations * Prepare pitches, presentations and transaction materials * Analyse companies, industries and new transaction opportunities * Drive transaction execution and due diligence * Advise on client solutions alongside senior bankers About You You will bring: * 3+ years’ M\&A or valuation experience within investment banking or corporate advisory * Outstanding academic credentials * Advanced financial modelling, accounting and valuation skills * Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability * The ability to deliver under pressure and manage competing priorities * Initiative, leadership and a collaborative approach * Excellent communication skills and professional integrity * An understanding of global capital markets and cross-border M\&A How to Apply For a confidential discussion please contact stewart.beattie@marsrecruitment.com.au
