Business Analyst
Marathon TS is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the evaluation, design, development and implementation of standardized reporting, business processes and information systems solutions. They will handle all aspects of project management from inception to completion. They will develop and maintain business strategies, dashboards for projects, initiatives and/or categories. They will act as a strategic thought partner on issues facing the business. This assignment will develop and track category and program performance as well as monitor trends. Key Responsibilities * Lead all phases of a project's life cycle including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business and designing and rolling out the project * Perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or category of business * Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value * Can manipulate data and learn quickly * A large portion of this role will be data entry Requirements * Experienced with utilizing routing software such as Router Planner * Tech savvy and proficient with a computer * Strong Excel skills Additional Details: * Hours of Operation: 12 PM - 8 PM EST * Full Time Contract Role ending 12/1/2026
