Health Care Assistant
We’re Hiring: Healthcare Assistant (Physician Support) Abu Dhabi | Medical Center We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator with a medical background to assist our doctors with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and an excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities • Assist doctors with administrative and non-clinical tasks • Type and prepare medical reports, notes, and letters as instructed by physicians • Escort patients during consultations, investigations, and procedures when required • Organize and maintain patient medical records (electronic and physical) • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with DOH regulations • Support coordination between doctors, nurses, and front desk staff Requirements (Mandatory) • Medical background (nursing, medical records, healthcare administration, or related field) • Previous experience in a medical center or hospital environment • Good knowledge of medical terminology • Strong typing and documentation skills • Experience using EMR/HIS systems • Professional appearance and patient-focused attitude • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage) What We Offer • Professional and supportive healthcare environment • Competitive salary package • Opportunity for growth within the medical field Apply by sending your CV Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
