Job Description - Business Development Manager (sales) Location : Hyderabad Employment Type : Full-time Joiners : Immediate Preferred Key Responsibilities : ● Generate 5–10 MW monthly sales through high-quality lead generation and closures. ● Build strong relationships - residential, commercial, industrial, government, and EPCs. ● Create proposals, presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closures. ● Execute partner onboarding strategies with consulting partners and activate new channels. ● Conduct field visits, meetings, and workshops to engage and support partners. ● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of products and services. ● Track sales and partner performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements. Required Skills \& Qualifications: ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or related field. ● Minimum 3 - 5 yrs exp, channel partner onboarding, distributor,field sales in the solar sector. ● Prior experience with tier-1 solar brands and EPC networks is highly desirable. ● Strong understanding of the residential solar market and its dynamics. ● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. ● Proven ability to drive field execution, manage stakeholders, and deliver results. ● Energetic, self-driven, with problem solving ability and passion for renewable energy.
