Freelance Project Manager
Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, co-ordinating the scoping process, assigning resources to tasks, ensuring consistent project delivery and budget pacing, and monitoring project performance and risk. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with the Marketing Intelligence Delivery Team to ensure projects are delivered on time and profitably in line with client expectations and Incubeta requirements. * Uphold project management best practices for assigned briefs. * Ensure client expectations are managed effectively by clearly communicating timelines, requirements, and next steps. Lead on communicating project status with clients on assigned projects. * Monitor and optimise profitability and fulfillment to brief on their portfolio of projects. Fulfill success criteria and profitability targets on project portfolio. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand status and blockers, and set expectations and requirements with clients to support project success. * Helps maintain accurate time reporting and milestone tracking from all stakeholders on the project. * Leverage project workflow tools \& processes for optimal project management. * Organise cross-team meetings for your projects, ensuring everyone is aligned on status and next steps. * Review resource planner and skills matrix to support assignment decisions for briefs. * Communicate value of Incubeta delivery using knowledge of project impact on client's marketing goals. * Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration internally and externally to convey the value of our project management. * Utilise and help improve Incubeta frameworks and project management methodologies to improve how Marketing Intelligence delivery teams execute projects. KPI \& Performance Management: * Deliver to success criteria within assigned tasks, or provide justifiable rationale shared in advance where not achieved. * Deliver to deadlines within assigned tasks, or provide justifiable rationale shared in advance where not achieved. * Receive positive feedback in post-project reviews. Hard Skills: * 2+ years of experience in project management. * In-depth knowledge of the marketing intelligence proposition, and solutions provided by Incubeta. * Thorough knowledge of marketing \& digital media. * Skilled in project workflows (e.g. Kanban). * Skilled in project management tools (e.g. Monday). * Experienced in capacity monitoring and resource allocation. * Expertise in utilising data for decision-making Soft Skills: * Organised and proactive. * Creative problem solver. * Agile, flexible, and collaborative. * Ability to manage client expectations effectively. * Analytical mindset. * Ability to thrive in dynamic and chaotic environments /Adaptable to dynamic and chaotic environments. * Strong people management skills. * Comfortable navigating ambiguity. * Strategic decision-making capability.
