Physical Therapist – Residency-Trained Environment (NY/NJ Rotation)
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team across Manhattan Physical Therapy and Clifton Physical Therapy. This role is designed for Physical Therapists with 1–2 years of outpatient experience who want more than volume-based care and are looking for structured mentorship, clinical autonomy, and a sustainable career path. This is a rotational role working between NYC and NJ, ideal for clinicians who live between both locations and value variety without chaos. Clinical Model Our clinics operate on a clinician-first model, prioritizing quality of care, clinical reasoning, and long-term development over throughput. One-on-one or low-volume patient care No double or triple booking Focus on orthopedic and movement-based rehabilitation Time to evaluate, treat, and progress patients properly Residency-Style Mentorship Program All clinicians participate in our residency-style mentorship program, which includes: Ongoing case-based learning Direct mentorship from senior clinicians Structured clinical development milestones Emphasis on autonomy, not micromanagement This program is designed to accelerate clinical confidence and decision-making.
