Care Coordinator/Administrator
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator (Female) to oversee operations within our Northampton Branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. This role requires effective communication, the ability to implement care plans, and experience in supervising staff within a care home environment. The Care Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for both staff and clients. Reports to: Care Manager/Registered Manager Duties: * Maintaining continuity of care by completing Rota\s, Maintain and adjusting call runs where needed * Support with Care Planning and Risk Assessments * Support with Care Assessments * Support with Carer Compliance (Spot Checks, Filed Care Observations, Competency Checks) * Carry out audits as required and delegated by management team * Support in the field when required * Supporting with Supervisions and Appraisals * On-Call out of hours support * Administrative duties as required by managerial team.
