Business Development Manager
As a BDM, you are the face, voice and trusted partner representing our fully integrated in-home healthcare model. You will be the primary point of contact for cultivating and expanding relationships across hospitals, SNFs, physician practices and key healthcare partners throughout the Fairfax/Arlington/Alexandria region. Leveraging your existing referral network, you’ll identify and manage opportunities for our chronic disease management solutions at home. Most representatives sell a single service line. You won’t. We offer a complete, tightly integrated in-home care ecosystem, including: Home health nursing \& therapy Home-based primary care Personal care Chronic disease management care navigation This means YOU can deliver a true continuum-of-care solution that hospitals and physicians actually need to reduce readmissions, improve outcomes and keep patients safely at home.
