IT Business Analyst
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have over 2-7 years of proven experience in business analysis, with a strong foundation in stakeholder management, business process optimization, and data-driven strategy execution. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality business solutions in an Agile environment. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts. • Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements. • Mentor junior Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in documentation and deliverables. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to support strategic planning and business decisions. • Manage and track deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or Power BI. • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation. • Oversee UAT planning, manage defect life cycles, and ensure change management compliance. • Conduct workshops, deliver product demos, and provide end-user training when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Software, Product, or Consulting domains. • Proficient in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis. • Skilled in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other business analysis platforms. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
