Our client, an established professional services firm, is seeking a Corporate Finance professional to join its advisory team, supporting businesses through acquisitions, disposals, valuations and funding transactions. About Your New Role Always * Lead corporate finance assignments from initial scoping through to completion. * Prepare financial models, forecasts and valuations to support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and management buyouts. * Advise clients on transaction structures, funding options and commercial considerations. * Manage due diligence, information requests, documentation and transaction timelines. * Communicate findings, risks and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders. * Work closely with tax and accountancy colleagues to provide joined-up advisory support. Often * Support negotiations with buyers, sellers, lenders and other professional advisers. * Identify opportunities to develop relationships with existing clients and generate new business. * Review financial information and challenge assumptions to support sound decision-making. * Contribute to the continued development of the corporate finance offering. Occasionally * Advise on business restructuring and complex funding arrangements. * Support clients with wider strategic and financial planning requirements.
