Operations Manager

Phoenix, AZ, USonsite$65,000 - $85,000/yr

Operations Manager Location: Phoenix Metropolitan Area, AZ | Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Phoenix Metropolitan Area office — a hybrid role that combines full-service commercial property management with office administration. In addition to portfolio management, the Operations Manager oversees front-desk and administrative functions, keeps communication flowing across the team, and ensures the office runs efficiently alongside the physical portfolio. Leasing is handled by a separate division; the Operations Manager will collaborate with the leasing team as needed but will not hold direct leasing responsibilities.
