What Will Make You Successful Core experience * Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting, general ledger accounting or management accounting, ideally within an international or multi-entity organisation. * Strong understanding of month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and P\&L review. * Experience working with financial controls and audit requirements, ideally including supporting external or statutory audits. * Comfortable working across multiple entities and with international Finance colleagues. * Strong financial systems skills and confidence working with detailed accounting data. * The ability to combine strong technical accounting with effective communication and business partnering. * Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change and processes continue to evolve. Highly desirable * Experience in a technology, software or SaaS business. * Experience working in a shared services or international Finance environment. * Exposure to US GAAP. * Experience with intercompany accounting, cash-flow forecasting or treasury activities. * CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification, including candidates nearing qualification.
