Medical Administrator
Overview We are seeking a highly organised and professional Medical Administrator to join our healthcare team. Duties * Dealing with patients at reception carefully, sensitively and confidentially * Making appointments * Result handling * Dealing with general enquiries * Prescription processing * General administrative tasks * Ensuring the reception area remains welcoming and organised at all times * Adhering to all health and safety protocols within the practice environment Qualifications * Proven office experience, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment * Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organisational ability * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information * Previous experience in a medical administration role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to utilise their administrative expertise within a supportive healthcare environment.
