About the Role Join our close-knit team as an Operations Administrator and play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will manage orders, stock, deliveries, suppliers, and client communication for both UK and international accounts, ensuring everything is coordinated efficiently and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Manage operational workflows for domestic and international client accounts Act as a key contact for clients regarding orders, deliveries, and queries Handle client queries and coordinate internal resolution Process and progress purchase orders with suppliers Track deliveries and manage shipments, including exports Maintain stock control and accurate records in Xero Support Health \& Safety compliance and operational procedures Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Help drive continuous improvement in operations Requirements Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing administration Confident in client communication and problem-solving Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Xero accounting platform experience (preferred) Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application question(s): Are you able to commute daily to Bollington, SK10 5JB?
