Diagnostics & Service Manager
Jack Newman Auto Services are looking for an experienced aftersales service person to manage daily operations of our service department and help up to continue to deliver an excellent level of service to our customers. Duties :Managing the team in the service department, ensuring that output is managed at all times. Meeting customers on a daily basis Managing a team of technicians on a daily basis for workshop Ensuring that productivity is optimised every day while doing quality work at all times Working with the stores manager to ensure stocks are in order Helping to drive new business Required Education, Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual and have: A background in mechanics and garage management People management experience 2+ years experience in a management, customer service or sales role A working knowledge of computer programs - word, excel, Garage Management SW Full training will be provided.If this sounds like the type of job you may be interested in please apply today Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person Pay: €55,400.00-€62,000.00 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
