Position Overview We’re seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to lead our local sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about face-to-face networking, building strong referral partnerships, and driving territory growth. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and representing RestoPros of Joliet in the field with professionalism and confidence. This is a highly visible, boots-on-the-ground role with major growth potential. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through proactive in-person cold calls, referrals, and local networking events. Territory Coverage: Spend the majority of your time making outside sales calls to build visibility and relationships in the community. Client Development: Build and manage strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners. Pipeline Management: Track and report sales activity, lead status, and opportunities using CRM software. Strategic Outreach: Identify key accounts and maintain a “Top 25 Client” list, developing long-term relationships that yield recurring referrals. Present Solutions: Deliver impactful presentations and conversations to educate clients on the benefits of working with RestoPros. Market Intelligence: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and territory developments to uncover new opportunities. Reputation Management: Provide best-in-class service to maintain RestoPros’ premium reputation and quickly resolve customer concerns. Qualifications Proven track record in territory sales, field sales, or business development (3+ years preferred). Comfortable with in-person cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking-based business development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others. Self-starter mindset with a passion for achieving results. Ability to manage a pipeline, meet revenue goals, and close deals. Tech-savvy with experience and profeciency using CRM software, Office 365, mobile applications, and other tools for lead qualification, market research, and prospect research. Industry experience, knowledge, or existing connections in restoration, construction, plumbing, or HVAC is a major plus. Existing referral relationships with insurance professionals or contractors is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a background check. Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to achieve the designated territory sales revenue targets by growing the business in new and exisiting accounts. The position requires a strong commitment to delivering market‑leading patient outcomes and involves close collaboration with the Area Director and clinical sales representatives to support the success and growth of the company within the assigned region. Responsibilities: Grow the business within new and existing accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals and objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing territory customers Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Chronic Pain Therapies in a competitive environment Train and educate new and existing accounts on the merits and proper clinical usage of Saluda’s products by delivering presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals, etc) to keep customers abreast of new and existing products Recognise and understand competitive products, their features, and strengths in relation to Saluda’s products Identify and develop new customer opportunities, within the designated territory Serve as a trusted consultant for existing accounts, leveraging knowledge to drive sales Provide a high-quality level of service with patient outcomes held in the highest regard Visit customers and patients in a clinical environment (hospitals, operating theatres, clinics, etc) Attend physician education conferences and events Identify and act on growth opportunities in the accounts they are responsible for Conduct monthly forecasting Attend and contribute to meetings and planning calls, focusing on key accounts Drive sales in collaboration with the clinical specialist team Perform other duties as assigned Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience At least 2 years of experience in implantable medical devices SCS experience and/or patient interaction experience Demonstrated success in previous sales role, indicating a high level of sales performance Analytical skills, including statistical analysis preferable PC skills necessary (MS Office/Excel) and experience with sales force automation tools Excellent written and verbal skills Computer proficiency Valid driver’s license Why You’ll Want to Join the Saluda Team… You’ll play a key role in shaping the growth of the territory, building new opportunities, and supporting customers to deliver better patient outcomes.
