Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that align with their business objectives. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations. Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of solutions while adhering to quality standards. Identify industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients. Assist in business development activities by identifying potential clients and opportunities for collaboration. Implement process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the consulting engagement. Experience Proven experience in business ownership, business consulting or management/specialist consulting, leadership, coaching roles. Strong skills in business analysis, strategic planning, and project management. Tech savvy. Familiarity with change management principles and practices, marketing, operations, sales, human resources, leadership, financial management. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly online and in person, 1:1 or group environments.
