The Opportunity As Senior Product Manager, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) Platform, you will own the product strategy for a critical component of Haptiq’s AI-powered Enterprise Operations platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for translating deep structured credit domain expertise into innovative, AI-driven solutions that automate complex workflows, such as optimizing CLO portfolios and ensuring real-time compliance for global asset managers. Responsibilities and Duties * Product Vision/Roadmapping - Define and grow the product roadmap for your product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to release. * Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to manage successful product launches. * Day-to-day Project Management - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery. * Product Strategy and Customer Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze user data to support product decisions and feature prioritization. Requirements * 5+ years of product management experience. * 3+ years of direct experience in enterprise SaaS/PaaS. * Serve as the domain expert for engineers, particularly on data ingestion, processing pipelines, and core CLO platform logic. Drive feature alignment with strategic clients to translate operational pain points into prioritized development features for Credit AI and Olympus Cloud. * Proven ability to drive work forward and truly own the roadmap and execution of their product. * Expertise in applying Agile methodologies to complex, multi-team financial technology development; high proficiency with Jira or similar tools for roadmapping and detailed execution. * Demonstrated experience in developing products for complex credit instruments with deep domain expertise in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and associated compliance testing. This includes understanding OC/IC tests, Concentration tests, WARF, WAL, portfolio eligibility checks, and the impact of loan lifecycle events on compliance and risk calculations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically. * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
