Backed by significant growth and early customer traction across Europe and the US, the company is now hiring a Senior UX Engineer / Frontend Engineer to help define how humans interact with AI systems in mission critical environments. The Opportunity This is not a traditional frontend role. You’ll be building the interfaces where humans and AI agents collaborate on complex workflows involving technical documentation, product configurations, ERP systems, and customer requirements. The products you build will be used daily by engineers and commercial teams making high value decisions where usability, trust, and reliability are critical. You’ll have the opportunity to shape both product direction and frontend architecture from an early stage while working alongside exceptional engineers and AI specialists. What You’ll Be Doing 🚀 Design and build AI powered user experiences including chat interfaces, approval flows, document review tools, and human in the loop workflows 🏗 Own frontend architecture and help define scalable UI patterns, component systems, and engineering standards 📄 Build high performance interfaces for complex data including technical documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and configuration systems ⚡ Deliver end to end features across the stack, collaborating closely with backend and AI engineers 🎨 Drive UX quality across interaction design, motion, responsiveness, and overall product polish 🧪 Ensure reliability through testing, performance optimisation, and robust handling of edge cases What They’re Looking For ✅ Expert level TypeScript and React experience ✅ Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js ✅ Deep understanding of rendering strategies, state management, data fetching, and scalable component architecture ✅ Experience with modern tooling including Playwright, Vite, Tailwind, Radix, shadcn/ui, or similar technologies ✅ A strong product mindset with exceptional UX instincts and attention to detail ✅ Experience building data intensive applications or complex user workflows ✅ Strong experience using AI assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar ✅ Evidence of ownership through previous startups, open source contributions, side projects, or leading significant product areas ✅ Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Design Engineering, or equivalent practical experience Why Join? 🌍 Build products used by leading industrial organisations across Europe and the US 🤝 Work alongside experienced engineers and AI specialists who have previously built systems at scale 📈 Join at an early stage with genuine ownership over product and technical decisions 💰 Competitive salary plus meaningful equity 🎉 Additional benefits including wellness perks, mobility schemes, and regular company events Within your first few months you will have: Shipped core AI interaction experiences used daily by customers Taken ownership of a key product area such as chat, document review, design systems, or internal tooling Influenced frontend architecture and engineering standards Built systems that remain performant and reliable under real world usage If you’re excited by the challenge of defining how humans interact with AI in complex environments, we’d love to hear from you.
