Senior Client Systems Engineer South San Francisco, CA Information Technology – IT / Full Time / On-site Position Summary We’re seeking a detail oriented and highly motivated Senior Client Systems Engineer who will contribute significantly to building our organization. The primary focus of this position will be to design, upgrade, update, and maintain client systems. They will also implement new client systems and train team members on their use as needed. Secondarily, they will have a lead role in ensuring proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.
