Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Total Care ABA – In-Home \& In-School Services across NC Pay Range:$20-$28/hr, based on experience and qualifications ### Join a Compassionate, Mission-Driven Team Making a Difference Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across NC and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team. Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). ### Why Work with Total Care ABA? High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Ability to pass background check.
