This role will directly support our Glucagon-Like Peptide-1(GLP-1) Cardiometabolic Operations by applying advanced analytical expertise to solve complex problems of diverse scope. As a leader on the Clinical team, you will collaborate across Care Delivery, EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design), Finance, and Legal teams to generate actionable insights, build intuitive dashboards, and define product, quality and financial metrics. You’ll provide data-informed recommendations to inform not only our day-to-day work, but our longer term strategic priorities. In addition, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team that ingests and utilizes third party data and analytics to identify potential areas of risk and deviation from quality standards . Your Impact: * Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with GLP-1 Cardiometabolic Program Managers and collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and commercial teams to align on priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver actionable insights. * Analytics \& Visualization: Oversee the development of dashboards and visualizations that communicate the impact of GLP-1 Cardiometabolic programs on health outcomes and operational efficiency. * Strategic Decision Support: Identify and refine performance metrics that align with strategic goals and demonstrate program value to members and stakeholders. * Data-Driven Innovation: Champion the adoption of self-service analytics among care teams and stakeholders, enabling data-informed decision-making and innovative strategies to improve member outcomes. * Clinical Quality \& Value Based Care: Lead analytical efforts to support healthcare quality measures (HEDIS) and develop value based care pay for performance (P4P) models. * Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical methods and machine learning models to identify patterns, correlations, and predictive insights for personalized care and patient risk stratification. * Operational Excellence: Serve as a liaison between Omada’s data enablement “hub” and the Clinical Quality “spoke” team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality analytics to support organizational impact. Recommend refinements to processes and establish procedures that improve efficiency across teams. About you: You are an experienced data leader who thrives at the intersection of analytics, clinical quality, and digital health. You apply advanced expertise to resolve complex problems, balancing technical depth with strategic influence. You know how to create alignment across diverse stakeholders, mentor analysts, and connect daily work to broader organizational goals. You possess: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience. * Experience: 7+ years in analytics, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or a related field. * Technical Skills: + Expert SQL skills and proficiency in additional programming languages (Python or R preferred). + Advanced knowledge of BI tools and data visualization, especially Tableau, including development, server management, and best practices. + Strong grasp of data management principles, governance frameworks, and data architecture design. * Analytical Expertise: + Experience with advanced statistical methods to identify patterns, correlations, and predictive models. + Practical knowledge of experimentation techniques (a/b testing, causal inference, pseudo-experimentation, etc) + Prior analytical experience developing and evaluating clinical quality, clinical outcomes, product engagement, and financial performance metrics * Soft Skills: + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Clear, concise written and verbal communication. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. + Eagerness to collaborate and learn from diverse perspectives. * Experience: Experience analyzing data related to clinical outcomes, product engagement and experimentation results, ideally within digital health, health plans, or employer benefits programs.
