Whether it's a competitive athlete returning to their sport, an active adult rehabbing an injury, or a motivated patient working toward long-term strength and mobility, your expertise directly shapes their outcomes. ### Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions in both clinic and performance spaces Utilize turf, court, and weight room equipment for functional and sport-specific rehab Collaborate with PTAs, athletic trainers, physicians, and support staff Document accurately and maintain high-quality patient communication Float between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland therapy locations as needed Minimum Qualifications -------------------------- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) BLS (CPR) certification preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Prefer one year of outpatient orthopaedic experience A genuine passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic population A growthminded clinician who values lifelong learning, professional development, and staying current with evidencebased practice Ability to travel between both C4 locations About CSMOC4 ---------------- The Center for Sports MedicineOrthopaedics has served the Chattanooga and North Georgia region since 1979, offering industry-leading orthopaedic care, sports medicine, and rehabilitation services across 12 locations.
