Print & Graphics CSR/Estimator/Project Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative / Estimator / Project Manager who can confidently own projects after the sale and make sure both our clients and our internal teams have a great experience. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be the glue that holds projects together once they move from sales into production. From kickoff to completion, you’ll keep jobs on track, clients informed, and teams aligned. Customer Experience \& Project Ownership Take the lead on the customer experience after sales handoff Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—answering questions, providing updates, and keeping communication clear and friendly Partner with sales, prepress, and production to provide accurate estimates and smooth transitions Track job progress internally and proactively resolve issues or delays Scheduling \& Coordination Review incoming orders to ensure details are complete and accurate Plan and schedule jobs across production and installation teams to meet deadlines Coordinate closely with sales, production, and installation to keep workflows running smoothly Monitor job status and step in early when something needs attention Maintain accurate job records in our MIS/ERP system for tracking and invoicing Process Improvement Look for ways to improve scheduling efficiency and customer experience Help reduce unnecessary rushes, gaps in schedules, and avoidable overtime Support broader team and company projects as needed What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and taking ownership from start to finish. You don’t have to know everything on day one—but you should be curious, reliable, and ready to jump in. A strong communicator who’s comfortable working with both clients and internal teams Someone who loves details and staying organized (you actually like keeping things accurate) A natural project manager who can juggle multiple jobs and deadlines without dropping the ball A problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and looks for solutions, not blame A team player who collaborates well with sales, production, and installation teams Comfortable using systems and software (MIS/ERP experience is a plus, but not required) A mindset focused on improvement—always looking for ways to make processes smoother and smarter Open to both experienced and junior hires Why Join Us?
