Solution Architect (Principal Enterprise Architecture- Product-to-Market) Contract (1 Year + Possible extension) San Francisco, CA or Pleasanton, CA (Onsite) Pay Rate -$105-115 an hour on W2 (DOE) Key Responsibilities: * Assess the current P2M (Product-to-Market) landscape and Vendor capability to identify redundancies, and modernization opportunities across Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping \& Space Planning, Size \& Pack, Allocation etc. * Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps that align P2M investments with business outcomes. * Provide guidance on composable patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing platforms. * Advise on Agentic AI-powered P2M use cases including predictive segmentation, next-best-action, personalization, and content automation. * Partner with P2M, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform decisions. * Contribute to architecture reviews and governance for P2M investments and platform consolidations. * Produce clear documentation, architecture diagrams, decision frameworks, and recommendations aligned to team standards. Required Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in P2M and Supply Chain architecture. * Hands-on experience across Integrated Planning concepts like Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping \& Space Planning, Size \& Pack, Allocation etc * Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns. * Experience with AI/ML applied to marketing \— personalization, propensity modelling, and audience intelligence. * Retail Client or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brand experience strongly preferred.
