Dispatch Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities • Be the friendly face that greets and assists customers when they visit our store. • Ensure every delivery is 100% accurate, checked, and ready to go. • Keep our dispatch and warehouse areas in top condition — clean, organized, and efficient. • Manage control sheets, picking lists, and dispatch documentation with precision. • Handle customer credits and stock movements seamlessly. • Assist with annual stock counts and ensure all stock is packed and stored correctly. • Work closely with a supportive team that values teamwork, accountability, and excellence. Desired Experience & Qualification • A commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • A Matric qualification (required). • Valid forklift license (advantageous). • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, plus great numeric accuracy. • The ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily goals. • Ability to meet goals consistently with superior housekeeping skills • The ability to work in both a team environment and individually • Previous exprience in a similar role would be preferrable Interested?
