About the role

**Job description** AASNI is a rapidly growing and innovative medical practice dedicated to providing cutting\-edge interventional pain management and general neurology treatment. We have two providers, two office locations and are expending our practice. AASNI is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to be responsible for overseeing administrative, clinical and business operations of the practice. Candidates with plenty experience in Billing and Insurance, and excellent communication skills are preferred. **Qualifications:** * **3\+ years’ experience** in managing **MEDICAL** Offices especially for solo doctors’ private practice **is required**. **AND** * **Strong BILLING and CODING** experience is preferred\*; Better to have education/certificate/license in billing; Experience of eClinicalworks EMR and its billing system preferred. * **Must able to do multitasking and to handle miscellaneous things related to clinical practice. The growing clinic need a 'Nancy' and 'Steward'.** * Strong knowledge of medical office operations, including scheduling, billing, and medical records management. * Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines and experience in prior authorization. * Excellent leadership and team management skills, Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Ability of work in a fast\-paced environment with changing demands * Back\-office experience and/or bilingual is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the medical office, including check in/out, insurance verification, referrals, prior authorizations, managing administrative staff, scheduling, and workflow optimization. * Supervise and support a team of medical receptionists, medical assistants, biller and other office staff, fostering a positive work environment. * Oversee coding and billing, charge entry, electronic claims submission, electronic payment postings and Accounts Receivables follow up, or other billing\-related issues. * Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. * Take lead in MA, therapists and mid\-level practitioners interviewing/hiring/training and developing employees and HR related functions; * Provide direction and oversight of handling patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing excellent customer service and addressing issues in a timely manner. * Ensuring accuracy and readiness of EMR and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor and maintain inventory of medical and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
