Onboarding Specialist

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organiztion that is actively seeking an Onboarding Specialist. This role will focus on supporting the successful integration and retention of new employees within a manufacturing environmen and serves as a primary resource for employees during their first 90 days, helping to ensure a positive onboarding experience, identifying potential concerns early, and facilitating communication between employees and plant leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. * Conduct regular check\-ins with newly hired employees throughout their first 90 days of employment. * Gather feedback regarding onboarding, training, workplace experience, and overall assimilation into the organization. * Evaluate retention and understanding of orientation and onboarding materials through employee discussions and follow\-up activities. * Develop and maintain tracking systems to document employee feedback, concerns, questions, and support requests. * Coordinate with department leaders and support teams to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and action items. * Monitor trends related to employee engagement, onboarding effectiveness, and retention. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. * Experience * Previous experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Training, or a related field. * Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred. * Skills \& Competencies
