Business Development Manager

**Position Overview** We are seeking **one Business Development Manager (PM)** to lead and oversee business initiatives and programs at the organizational or project level. This role is responsible for **strategic planning, program execution, and external partnerships**, with a strong focus on collaboration across the **Silicon Valley startup and investment ecosystem**. **Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Responsibilities** * Lead planning, execution, and reporting of business initiatives and programs * Prepare **bilingual (Korean/English) project plans and proposals**, and manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables * Lead communication and reporting with **headquarters in Korea and external partners** * Establish and manage clear reporting and decision\-making processes **External Responsibilities** * Identify and develop **new business and collaboration opportunities** by engaging with decision\-makers at **key universities, institutions, companies, and venture capital (VC) firms** * Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, primarily across **California and other western U.S. states** * Research, track, and report **trends, networks, and key players** within the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem **Required Qualifications** * Experience in **project management, investment, or startup operations** * **Fluency in both Korean and English** (written and verbal; required for documentation and meetings) * Strong capability in preparing **proposals, reports, and planning documents** * Proven ability to coordinate with internal and external decision\-makers and resolve complex issues * Experience in **business development and/or marketing** * Proactive, accountable, and self\-driven work ethic * Strong understanding of structured reporting and stakeholder communication * Must already hold valid **U.S. work authorization** *(Visa sponsorship is not available)* **Preferred Qualifications (Plus Factors)** * Experience with **global projects** or collaboration with overseas organizations * Experience working at **startups or technology\-driven companies** * Project management certifications (e.g., **PMP**) * Understanding of **AI and technology\-related industries** * Experience working in **multicultural or international environments** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
