Key Responsibilities - Spearhead hardware design for complex signalling systems, with a specific focus on CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control) projects and Grade of Automation 4 (GoA 4) architectures. - Prepare, review, and approve detailed design documentation, including wiring diagrams, bonding plans, cable core plans, and power distribution schematics. - Perform rigorous electrical load and power consumption calculations to ensure system reliability and efficiency. - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of hardware design engineers, ensuring deliverables are accurate and met within project timelines. - Lead design reviews, audits, and technical works
