About the role
SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our Government Healthcare Group. In this crucial role, you will provide essential healthcare services to a diverse population under governmental healthcare programs, focusing on patient-centered and community-oriented care. Your key responsibilities will include performing comprehensive evaluations, diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions, and implementing preventive care strategies. The role requires a commitment to serving the community and ensuring quality care in a collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver primary care services to patients across all age groups within a government healthcare setting. • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing evidence-based practice. • Conduct routine examinations, screenings, and health assessments. • Advise patients on health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications. • Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and enhance healthcare programs. • Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives. • Stay current with developments in family medicine and government healthcare policies. • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Family Medicine. • Completion of an accredited family medicine residency program. • Experience working in government healthcare or community health settings preferred. • Strong understanding of public health principles and preventive care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach. • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. • Commitment to serving diverse populations and promoting health equity. • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training.
