Senior Executive, HR (Medical) Job ID: 9093 Job Function: Administration Institution: Ng Teng Fong General Hospital Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Senior Executive (SE) will Be partner and work closely with the HODs/ Head of Division / Clinical Directors) of assigned departments, to provide HR advice, support and service delivery to support business objectives. The SE will also support the Medical HR team across a wide spectrum of HR operations. HR Business Partner - Strategic HR Partnership - Partner with the HODs/ Head of Division / Clinical Directors) of assigned departments to align workforce strategies with organizational goals, manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and succession planning - Employee Relations & Engagement – Serve as the first point of contact for staff on HR matters, fostering positive workplace relations, addressing concerns promptly, and driving employee engagement initiatives - Performance & Talent Management – Support reporting
