We have a very well\-respected staff that includes several **board\-certifiedspecialists in orthopedics (OCS)** and one in **board certified specialist in sports (SCS).** We allow time for **1\-hour evaluations**, generally see **10\-12 patients/day** and allow time forlearning from one another regularly. **What we’re Looking for:** * A **full\-time** physical therapist to joinour growing, hard\-working, family\-like team. * A **skilled communicator** who can speak to patients in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about theirplan of care and see the value in your services. * An **encourager** who ensures patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy and remain committedto the plan of care established at the first session so that they meet their clinical, health and lifestyle goals. * The ideal candidate will have 1\-2 years of outpatient experience (New Graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply), be **highly motivated**, and have a desire to help others. You must have a strong desireto **pursue growth and learning opportunities.** * You will need to be licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of CA, or be eligible toobtain your license if relocating.
