Their structure is highly collaborative, with technology embedded directly into investment teams. **The Role** This role sits within the front office technology team, with opportunities across both pricing and core risk systems. * Design, build, and enhance a global pricing platform focused on performance, scalability, and reliability * Develop real\-time systems that deliver pricing, risk, and analytics to front office users * Work directly with traders, portfolio managers, and quants to understand requirements and deliver solutions * Contribute to systems that process market data and generate real\-time valuations * Play a key role in shaping architecture and improving system performance in a low\-latency environment **Your Skills and Experience** * Strong commercial experience building production systems in Java * Exposure to Python or C\+\+ in a backend or quantitative environment * Understanding of financial markets, trading, or risk systems * Experience working with market data, pricing engines, or execution systems is beneficial * Interest in working in a front office, fast\-moving environment with direct business impact
