Our front desk team is essential to excellent patient care and satisfaction. \*\*Job Summary:\*\* We are seeking a detail\-oriented Front Desk staff member to join our team for a temporary, part\-time position from February 2026 \- September 2026\. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support, insurance/billing knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* \- Check\-in/out patients in a friendly and professional manner \- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries \- Verify insurance information and collect account balances \- Maintain electronic medical records and confidentiality \- Coordinate patient flow within the clinic setting \- Provide administrative support to chiropractors/acupuncturists/massage therapists as needed \-Laundry and light housekeeping \*\*Requirements:\*\* \- Previous experience in a medical receptionist and/or assistant role highly preferred \- Experience with insurance benefit verification and billing highly preferred \- Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology and clinic operations \- Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record systems \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Ability to work efficiently with multiple providers and patients This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting, interacting with patients and supporting medical staff.
