If you’re looking for a rewarding, fast‑paced role where you can make a real difference in your local community, receive excellent training, and progress your career with one of the area’s fastest‑growing care providers, we would love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Liaise with professional and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure the effective delivery of care. * Support our care workers, supervisors, and field‑based teams. * Respond to incoming queries in a timely, professional manner. * Schedule care visits, manage changes, and communicate updates clearly within the branch. * Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. **Ideal Candidate** You will: * Have an excellent telephone manner and a positive, professional attitude. * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. * Be confident communicating with staff, customers, families, and external professionals. * Have experience in administration, planning, or multi\-tasking roles. * Work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change. * Demonstrate logical thinking and effective problem‑solving skills. * Be IT‑confident.
