**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Manager **Location:** Dapodi, Pune **Experience:** 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Development **material handling equipment, overhead cranes, and the defense industry is preferred.** **Qualification:** BE Mechanical **Compensation:** As per market standard. **Job Responsibility:** * Developing Strategic Marketing Plans \& Initiatives along with Marketing leader. * Business Expansion in international territories by identifying \& appointing Strategic Channel Partners. * Lead Generation from Domestic \& International Markets. * Identifying and preparing business case for new alliances/opportunities. * Co\-ordination and interfacing with internal business groups to drive new opportunities and bring efficiencies to process. * Participating in identifying \& rolling out digital Marketing Initiatives along with Corporate team. * Independently participating in trade fairs/exhibitions/conferences. * Maintaining ISO Documentations \& records. **Key Skills:** * Good communication skill in English (written \& verbal) and at least one additional regional language. * Analytical Skill / Presentation skill. * Knowledge of Export and documentation. * MS office – Words/Excel/Power point is must. * Familiarity and interest in Digital Marketing, Analytics. * Creative \& Out of Box Thinker with an open ness to undertake travel as and when required .
