Technical Business Analyst

**Job Title:** Technical Business Analyst – Wealth Management**Location:****Employment Type:** Full\-time**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst** with strong **financial/banking domain expertise** to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in **client onboarding, requirements gathering, workflow design**, and **e‑signature platforms** while leveraging **SQL and data analysis** to drive informed business decisions.**Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business stakeholders to **gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements**. * Drive **end\-to\-end requirement lifecycle management** including elicitation, validation, prioritization, and sign\-off. * Support **client onboarding initiatives**, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements. * Analyze existing and proposed **business workflows**, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. * Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into **clear functional specifications and user stories**. * Use **SQL and data analysis** techniques to validate data, generate insights, and support decision\-making. * Support implementation and integration of **e‑signature platforms** (e.g., **DocuSign**) within onboarding and approval workflows. * Act as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage to ensure solutions meet business needs. * Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams. **Required Skills \& Experience** * Total 9 years of experience **5\+ years** of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably Wealth Management. * Hands\-on experience with **SQL** for data analysis, validation, and reporting. * Experience working with **data\-driven requirements** and collaborating with data/engineering teams. * Proven experience with **e‑sign / e‑signature platforms** (mandatory: **DocuSign**). * Expertise in **requirements gathering and documentation**. * Strong knowledge of **workflow design, process mapping**, and optimization. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Good\-to\-Have Skills* Experience with digital onboarding platforms or customer lifecycle management systems. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence). * Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or fintech platforms. * Experience in driving automation initiatives in banking operations.
