Our services include **General Practice, Physiotherapy, and Biokinetics**, offering thoughtful, holistic care through clear communication and hands\-on guidance. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive **general and family medicine**, including health check\-ups * Assess patient history, diagnose conditions, treat, counsel, and refer where necessary * Manage **chronic disease and pain** * Men’s and Women’s Health consultations * Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory results and follow\-up treatment plans * Maintain **patient confidentiality** and comply with the **POPI Act** * Accurately collect and maintain patient records, medical histories, and reports * Explain procedures and prescribed treatments clearly to patients * Liaise with hospitals and other healthcare professionals in the community * Promote health education in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team * Engage with pharmaceutical representatives and stay informed on new products * Keep up to date with medical developments, treatments, and medications **Requirements** * Completion of residency training (**essential**) * Ideally **2–3 years post community service** * Current **HPCSA registration** (**essential**) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Charismatic, energetic, and patient\-focused * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * Compassionate nature with a calm bedside manner * Confident in managing common clinical presentations * Tech\-savvy and comfortable working with an online billing system (training provided) **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 08:00 – 18:00 * **Every second Saturday:** 09:00 – 16:00 **Position Type** **Locum GP** (ad\-hoc basis) Job Types: Part\-time, Temporary Application Question(s): * HPCSA Number Location: * Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape (Preferred) Work Location: In person
