Operational Controller/CFO

We are a leading and fully integrated cannabis company, vertically integrated from grow to dispensary, providing high quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Job Details: We are seeking an Operation Controller/CFO to join our team. This role is vital to the overall growth and stability of our company and will be the driving force behind financial direction. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial management, strategic financial planning, financial modeling, cash flow analysis, inventory analysis, and risk analysis. Responsibilities: 1\. Develop and implement an inventory system for the Grow operation all the way to the Dispensary. 2\. Conduct comprehensive cash flow analysis to ensure the company’s financial health and stability. 3\. Manage the operational accounting with the assistance of the financial controller. 4\. Provide expert financial advice for M\&A activities to various principals in the business. 5\. Work closely with other senior management to drive the company’s overall strategy. Qualifications: 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MAcc) or professional designation (CPA, CMA) preferred. 2\. A minimum of 8\-10 years’ experience as an operation controller/CFO or similar senior financial managerial role. 3\. Proven experience in financial management, inventory systems, cash flow analysis, financial modeling, M\&A, corporate finance. 4\. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage a team and drive financial performance. 5\. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. 6\.
