About the role
The company is rapidly expanding, driven by new integration projects across major Singapore healthcare clusters. This is a hands-on role designed to fill the technical gap between product theory and live customer implementation. You will move beyond coordination to actively manage technical delivery, setup, and support. about the job - Actively perform server setup, network configuration, and equipment deployment for demonstration environments and customer project go-lives. - Manage the end-to-end integration of medical devices and IT solutions within hospital systems. Conduct thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide technical validation. - Act as the technical face of the company, managing interactions and demanding high performance from external vendors to meet customer specifications.
