About the role
As the manager of the AI Natives Solutions Architect (SA) team, you will focus on growing and developing a team of SAs, Specialists SAs (SSAs), and Delivery SAs (DSA) who drive the adoption of the Databricks Platform at the largest, fastest-growing AI companies. This is the first role of its kind, unifying all the field engineering roles into a cohesive team. You'll be responsible for leading the team in establishing best practices throughout the full lifecycle of the customers'
